Palapes + Basketball = Q
Hoh0..long time no see my blog..so sorry!mslh tknkl yg xleh dielakan.hmm,,nk cte pe ek mlm ni..cte psl pe yg brlaku spnjg mggu yg lps la..heh.hr sbtu yg lps pi ujian kecergasan palapes.for those yg xtau..palapes tu adk brdk askar la..(xtau gk mn dtg nme palapes tu)..haha.bajet nk jd askar la knonnyer den nih..acewaaahh..ujian dia lari 2.4km dlm ms 18 mins,for girls..laki 13 mins jek.then kne bt sit up and pumping 15 kali..boys 30 times.laki kn..mst la bt lbih..bru la gagah!akaka..nk dpendekkan cte..den lps la smua tuh..lari tu dpt ms 15:17..haha..okla tu..time lari mmg bajet kuat la..aku boleh..aku boleh..aku boleh..mmg aku boleh pun!hoh0..alhamdulillah..lulus.then blk la..mlm tu bru dia mnyerang.sp dia?wuwu..KESAKITAN la..mmg sengal sluruh bdn2 nih..nk tdo pun xleh sgt..jln pun kne control..waaaaa..sakit wo0o..rs cm bru lps accident hr tu pun de.huhu..pdn ngan mke..cri pnyakit sndri sp suh!adehh2..haha..the moral of the story..xyahla srtai palapes klo anda xkuat fizikal dan mental.tu bru fitness test..blum bt aktiviti lin lg..kuang2.then,i'd made my mind to quit from joining the team.xpela..xdpt msuk pun xpe.dlu bajet nk msuk lbih2 tu sbb ingt cm best..ble dh kne..bru sdr cmne 'bestnye' tu..hahaha..xleh blah.lg satu xleh sbb mslh kshtn.dlu kat mtrx time min bsketball mini kakom tu de jatuh trhntak.de org serang dr blkg time nk rebut bola.then my tulang blkg dh 'injured' laa..doc dh bg nsht suh jgn bt aktvt brt2 nih..tp den dogil gk nk bt..adehh.kblkgn ni skt tu slalu dtg...huuu..reda jela..so,utk x lg mau mnyeksa bdn..the decision has been made.stop joining anything yg leh memudaratkan kesihatan.klo tulg tu dh patah nnt bru nk mnyesal..uhuu..xmau la gitu.basketball pun xjoin gk..SUKAM is just around the corner,tp xjoin la.min gitu2 jek...kshtn itu lbih pntg kn?huhu..so all the best for the sukam team!;) sy jd pnyokong kat tepi jela..haha..
