M mmg dr dlu tau dh..just skrg my back in pain too *myb sbb angkt botol air berat hr isnin hr tuh* smggu dh in pain..mle2 xtau knp tbe2 skt blk..but then trpk..sbb agkt brt tu la kot kn.ottoke....huahuaa..saraf2 blkg yg clogged bt mgrain pkck tu kte..hmm..mmg pun..tp mcm mn nk ubt saraf2 tu kasi normal blk?h0ho..lg, new discovery..i got gastric! oh0o0o..sbb smlm xmkn..tarak mood mau mkn..pg tu tln roti jek..my stomach ni mn la lyn roti2 nh..xlut.haha. myb sbb tu la dpt dtect gastric tu. hmmm,blk nnt kne bt medical checkup proper lg la kot..utk tau lbih details. insyaALLAH. prevention is better than cure.

Ajal maut di tangan Tuhan. hdup hnya skali, mati itu pasti. bertaubat sebelum trlambat. dlm kubur hdup sorg2 wo0o..xde spe2 teman pun. sdia dh?? bekalan hnya amal soleh, sdkh dgn doa2 yg mngiringi. dr ALLAH kt dtg, disitulah kt akn kmbali. al-fatihah bg kaum krbt, shbt hndai dan guru2 yg tlh pun pergi brtemu Kekasih abadi. slmt bramal.
